Jump Start Your Career with a Summer Internship

The Summer Internship Program is a two-part 5 credit program that features a directed work-study experience, in conjunction with a Career Development Course designed to teach and strengthen a student’s professional skills and profile.The program is coordinated by a member of the International School, a course faculty member, and on-site placement supervisors with academic and professional credentials.
- 20 hours of work per week at the internship placement: 2 credits
- Career Development Course: 3 credits
Students are required to be active learners in both the internship placement and the Career Development course. Upon successful completion of the program, students receive 5 academic credits. Students cannot choose to do only one part of the program.
